The purchaser was the wife of William Fairhurst.1
Mortgage
The mortgage that the couple took out on
Zimapan on 20 August 1930 was surrendered and discharged on 6 July 1932.2
Proceeds of the sale
In 1932, £550 would have the same spending power as £18,381 today (2009).3
